Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Monkey Move. To ensure a smooth and reliable service for all customers, please review our booking policy before confirming your reservation. 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Monkey Move via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website. 2. Pricing Prices displayed on our website are starting prices only and may vary depending on: Distance travelled Number of items Loading and unloading requirements Stairs or difficult access Waiting time Additional helpers required A final quote will be provided before the service is confirmed. 3. Payment Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept: Cash Bank Transfer Revolut Debit/Credit Card (where available) 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling More than 24 hours before booking No cancellation fee applies. Less than 24 hours before booking Monkey Move reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed booking value. Same-Day Cancellations -Bookings cancelled after the driver has been dispatched may be charged up to 100% of the agreed booking fee. 5. Waiting Time A complimentary 15-minute waiting period is included for collections and deliveries. Additional waiting time may be charged at: €15 per 15 minutes 6. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for: Providing accurate collection and delivery addresses Ensuring items are ready for collection at the agreed time Informing us of any stairs, lifts, parking restrictions, or access issues before booking Ensuring all items are properly packed and suitable for transport 7. Prohibited Items Monkey Move will not transport: Illegal items Hazardous materials Weapons Explosives Flammable substances Live animals (unless specifically agreed) Any item prohibited by Irish law 8. Liability While every care is taken during transport, Monkey Move's liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless otherwise required by law. Customers are encouraged to ensure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items are adequately insured. 9. Access & Parking Charges Any parking charges, tolls, congestion charges, or access fees incurred during the booking may be added to the final invoice. 10. Service Area Monkey Move currently operates throughout Dublin and surrounding areas. Longer-distance journeys may be accepted subject to availability. 11. Right to Refuse Service Monkey
